It's okay. It's important to vent, you know? I mean ... you shouldn't be expected to just keep that inside all the time.

Moredremoth is definitely different ... but he's still an Elder Dragon, and we've already proven that Elder Dragons can be brought down. It might take some time, you're right, but we're definitely on the road to bringing him down.
And then maybe ... things won't be so bad for you guys. Sylvari, I mean. Maybe with Mordremoth gone, nobody will Sylvari as a threat anymore.
[ He hated to say that, because he never really ever thought Sylvari were a threat at all, even knowing that they were minions of Mordremoth. None of this was their fault. It was all Mordremoth.
Still, he had a very optimistic view of mankind. Somewhere in his mind, he must have known that it was just as likely that human, charr, norn, and asurakind could all possibly turn on the Sylvari even more after Mordremoth's demise, eliminating them as they were slowly but surely eliminating the risen that Zhaitan had brought. Still, he hoped that the fact that they could think for themselves and lead their own lives would be enough to spare them from that sort of fate ...
This whole situation sucked. He'd already seen people he cared about fall to Mordremoth. He'd already seen someone he loved become a full minion. He'd had to help end that someone's suffering. He was afraid of having to do that again.
Maybe that was why he was trying so hard not to fall for Ferin, too. Even knowing how strong Ferin was ... she had been strong, too, and still it happened. ]
